Terms and Conditions

1. Payment - Payment by Paypal  or major Credit / Debit cards. Also we accept cheques which should be made payable to Four ID (all goods paid for by cheque will only be sent once the cheque has cleared). Please contact the sales office to place an order and pay by cheque.

2. Delivery - A delivery and handling charge of £4.95 is levied to every order placed up to £30.00  for delivery within the UK. For orders over £30.00 delivery is £6.95. Orders over £25.0.00 delivery is free within Mainland UK. This includes all Postage & Packaging fee's. Furniture prices include delivery. We deliver to anywhere in the world. 3. Delivery Times - We deliver between 9am & 5.30pm Monday to Fri. This excludes a number of smaller items which may be delivered on a weekend via Royal Mail. We aim to carry  most items in stock however some products may need to be ordered especially for you. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be notified of an estimated delivery date, should you choose not to wait, you will be given the option to cancel and a full refund will be given. Failed deliveries will be carded so that the customer has another opportunity to accept delivery or the parcel may be taken to a post office collection centre for you to collect when convenient. Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to non delivery or a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.

4. Cancellations - Cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of placing an order.  Once the order has progressed beyond this point a cancellation charge will apply. This charge shall not exceed 10% of the item cost. If it is not possible to prevent your order from being dispatched you can return the product in line with our returns policy.


We reserve the right to cancel items ordered or an entire order for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full price paid for each cancelled item. In such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you without delay to explain why a cancellation was necessary. For made to measure orders where products are specially requested by the customer no cancellation facility is available.


5. Returns- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in resaleable condition and in the original packaging unopened. For fabric & wallpaper due to mixed batch numbers we cannot accept any returns of less than 5m or 5 rolls. Digital wall arts are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure that you have calculated the quantities that you require prior to ordering. If you need any help with this then please contact us. The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. For orders of fabric & wallpaper over 5m a collection fee of £20.00 is levvied. If a collection has been arranged by 4ID and is missed the client will be charged  a missed appointment fee of £5.00.  Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this instance we recommend that goods are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. The returns and refunds policy does not apply to products that have been specially requested or made to order to particular requirements. Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy, the customer will be made aware of this when the order is accepted.

6. Damaged Goods - If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery. 7. Made to Measure- Made to Measure - (Special Orders)
Any goods that have been Made to Measure are NON RETURNABLE.
